We’re not here to help the the mentally ill drug users, alcoholics, prostitutes, fake homeless beggars, bullies and thugs that litter our streets, we’re here to help and educate the public, to protect themselves and their families, when afraid and have to cross the road to avoid them

Since the dawn of time people have taken and abused many types of drugs across the world, which has almost always been in their own homes, behind closed doors.

I fully understand that some people that take drugs are homeless and have mental health and other issues, but this is no excuse for smoking Spice in public, losing control of yourself, gouching, falling around, threatening others and collapsing in the street, in front of innocent men, women and children.
